Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards in patient care.
- Monitor patients' conditions and maintain accurate and detailed reports.
