Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Document patient status, monitor for changes, and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, patient safety, and ethical guidelines in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- 1 year of RN clinical experience in acute care or telemetry settings
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shift schedules
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
