Back Regional Sales Manager– Southwest Manufacturing Direct Hire May 20, 2026 Regional Sales Manager – Capital Equipment – Southwest. This is a true hunter role — not an account management position. We are looking for a high‑energy sales professional to build a territory from the ground up in the California, Nevada, and Arizona area, driving new business, opening doors, and creating pipeline for capital equipment opportunities. You will focus on getting in front of customers, identifying needs, and uncovering projects across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and industrial facilities.
