Seeking a world-class Personal Assistant to support its Founder, working closely with the Chief of Staff and a member of its leadership team. This is a personal support role — not a standard office position — covering everything from calendar and travel management to household, financial, and event logistics. You'll be the steady hand keeping a fast-moving, high-demand schedule running smoothly.
What you'll own:- Calendar, scheduling, and domestic travel coordination (commercial and private aviation), including itineraries and last-minute changes
- Season tickets, event logistics, guest coordination, and driver/parking arrangements for a busy schedule of events
- Bill pay, subscription tracking, and organizing financial documents; coordinating tax documents with the CPA
- Vehicle and personal asset upkeep (maintenance, registrations, insurance)
- Household purchases, wardrobe coordination, errands, and day-to-day personal needs
- Tracking important dates, gifts, and family/social event logistics
- You're naturally patient and even-keeled — you don't rattle when priorities shift fast or feedback is blunt and direct
- You build systems (trackers, checklists, filing) without being asked, and you keep them running
- You're comfortable working independently and taking initiative, but you also know how to earn trust with a leader who wants to see reliable results before handing off more
- You're personable enough to represent the Founder well with guests, vendors, and drivers, without needing to be the center of attention
- Absolute discretion with confidential financial, business, and personal information is non-negotiable
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant experience, ideally supporting a business owner or high-net-worth individual
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and technology generally to work more efficiently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in an all-Apple/Mac office environment
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be based on-site in Flower Mound, TX, with flexibility for occasional off-hours needs (travel changes, event-day logistics)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment
