World Class Private Personal Assistant
Flower Mound, TX | Primarily on-site
$75,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

We are seeking a World Class Private Personal Assistant to support our Founder in managing his personal life, family commitments, travel, household needs, and events.

Working directly with the Founder and closely with his Chief of Staff and House Manager, you will anticipate needs, organize details, and provide thoughtful, white-glove service. Your responsibilities will range from coordinating private aviation and financial documents to arranging meals, handling errands, and ensuring everyday essentials are ready when needed.

This is a highly trusted personal-support position for someone who takes pride in creating order, protecting another person’s time, and bringing the same care to daily tasks as to complex logistics.

What You’ll Own

• Personal calendar and family commitments: Manage appointments, reminders, social engagements, important dates, gifts, celebrations, and reservations.

• Travel coordination: Arrange commercial and private-aircraft travel, coordinating with pilots, passengers, hotels, drivers, and other assistants. Prepare detailed itineraries and manage last-minute changes.

• Events and entertainment: Manage season tickets and logistics for sporting events, concerts, poker events, charitable functions, and other outings, including guest communication, ticket transfers, parking, transportation, and dining.

• Financial administration: Organize and pay approved personal and household bills; track subscriptions, memberships, insurance, and renewals; collect Forms 1099, Schedules K-1, and other tax documents. Coordinate with investment professionals, accounting teams, and the Founder’s CPA while maintaining clear records separating personal, business, and charitable expenses.

• Household coordination: Work closely with the House Manager on household purchases, deliveries, vendor scheduling, repairs, and family needs, keeping schedules and requests aligned.

• Vehicle and personal asset upkeep: Coordinate maintenance, registrations, insurance, detailing, and related needs.

• Daily personal support: Handle errands, personal purchases, wardrobe needs, dry cleaning, shipping, and returns. Arrange meals, beverages, snacks, and personal supplies.

• Supplement organization: Organize daily supplements as directed, monitor inventory, and prepare supplies for travel.

• Organization and follow-through: Build and maintain reliable trackers, checklists, filing systems, and reminders so commitments and details receive consistent attention.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Private Personal Assistant, Family Office Assistant, or Executive Assistant with substantial personal-support responsibilities.

• Previous experience supporting a high-net-worth individual, private family, or founder strongly preferred.

• Experience coordinating complex commercial and private-aircraft travel.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Apple/Mac products and Microsoft Office.

• Comfortable using AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT, with sound judgment regarding confidential information.

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.

• Ability to work primarily on-site in Flower Mound, Texas.

• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend needs, including travel changes and event logistics.

• Successful completion of a background check, reference checks, and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Compensation

$75,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience.
