Job title - Direst support professional
Required Experience- At least 1 year
Salary range- $18- $19
Timing-- Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence and self-esteem.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Facilitate social and recreational activities to enhance client engagement.
- Document client progress and any changes in behavior or health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client outings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to promoting client dignity and respect in all interactions.
