We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of intellectual Disable Individuals in a home setting
Responsibilities:
- Assist and redirect Individuals with their goals
- Understand Individual isp, understand and manage behaviors
- Driving Individuals to various activities and appointments
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a DSP
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with Individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
