The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in litigation related to securities fraud, class action lawsuits, and fiduciary duty cases. This position requires a deep understanding of securities law and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in securities class action litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsConduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant securities law and regulationsAnalyze and evaluate potential class action cases, including conducting investigations and evaluating evidenceCollaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategiesNegotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomesPrepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as necessaryAdvise clients on legal rights and obligations in relation to securities lawQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California Bar or eligibility to waive inMinimum of 2-5+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on securities lawStrong understanding of class action procedures and fiduciary duty conceptsExcellent analytical, research, and writing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong negotiation and communication skillsExperience with corporate fraud cases is a plusBenefitsHealth/Dental/Vision401KPerformance-based bonusPTO / Vacation timeFlexible remote/hybrid work arrangements
