SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: 60 Washington Square Southeast, New York, NY 10012. Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary. Open availability. Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour. Job Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, discipline when necessary. Prepare production or sales reports for management; ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as contact person for employee complaints and time‑off requests. Mentor, develop employees and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior front‑of‑house and culinary experience required. Ability to supervise shift operations and manage staff. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
