A high-performing boutique law firm is seeking entrepreneurial Lateral Partners with a portable book of business. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, low-conflict environment with top-tier support and a transparent compensation model designed to maximize partner earnings.
Lead client engagements and manage complex legal matters
Grow and deepen client relationships
Collaborate with elite attorneys from top firms and schools
Contribute to a culture of innovation, autonomy, and excellence
10+ years of legal experience
Proven track record of client development
Portable book of business (minimum threshold negotiable)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Desire to work in a collaborative, non-political environment
Take-home revenue 1.3–1.5x industry average
No capital contribution or firm debt
Monthly draws with annual distribution
High-quality associates and BD support
Flexible billing and creative fee structures
In-person collaboration and cohesive teams
