Job Description Financial modeling of new and existing investments Conduct due diligence and manage the closing process of new investments Prepare Investment Committee memos and investor reporting to capital partners Review and analyze operating performance of owned assets Prepare quarterly / annual reports and assist in budget review process Implement property‑level business plans Assemble and review economic, demographic and other market information Qualifications An intellectually curious, resourceful and proactive team player BS/BA required. Ideally suited for those with strong leadership, financial and analytical skills Minimum 3 – 6 years of professional experience in commercial real estate / investment banking Significant experience with Excel / financial modeling.
