Arc Capital Partners ("Arc") — founded by 30+ year veterans, Quincy Allen and Neville Rhone, is a commercial real estate owner and investment manager dedicated to providing creative capital solutions to operating partners. Arc invests through a discretionary commingled fund series and targets investments across the equity capital stack with compelling risk-adjusted returns with downside protection. Arc is currently pursuing over $1.0 billion of opportunities in the major metros of the Sunbelt and Western United States. Arc targets diversified sectors (retail, multifamily, industrial) in the middle‑market space ($30 – $150 million in gross asset value) that typically exhibit value‑add business plans. Job Description Financial modeling of new and existing investments Conduct due diligence and manage the closing process of new investments Prepare Investment Committee memos and investor reporting to capital partners Review and analyze operating performance of owned assets Prepare quarterly / annual reports and assist in budget review process Implement property‑level business plans Assemble and review economic, demographic and other market information Qualifications An intellectually curious, resourceful and proactive team player BS/BA required. Ideally suited for those with strong leadership, financial and analytical skills Minimum 3 – 6 years of professional experience in commercial real estate / investment banking Significant experience with Excel / financial modeling. Knowledge of Argus a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team memberStrong interpersonal and written communication skills Motivated to work with professionals that are dedicated to gender, culture and skill set diversity Please provide resume/cover letter.
