Quality Assurance Technician

Coke Florida is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician based out of our Tampa location. Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am on a 2‑2‑3 schedule. What You Will Do: As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout production, ensuring products and packaging meet standards. Responsibilities: Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods. Analyze syrup, beverage, and/or water attributes. Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations. Conduct package quality inspections and audits; isolate product that does not meet standards. Receive and test CO₂ and raw materials prior to production. Maintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of prior production/manufacturing experience **OR** 2+ years of relevant lab technician experience. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical skills. Ability to read, write, and keep records. Good computer skills including Excel and Word literacy. Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials. Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a science‑related field preferred. Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
