Focus on:
- Years of experience reduced 4-5
- Need to be able to "Give an intelligent look to the system" so someone who can explain the work they have done within a system, not just create automated scripts
- Be able to produce automated tests for the system
- Restassured with Java Library if they haven't had experience with that library but can learn before onboarding that's a maybe, but it would be more likely that they will try to focus on this
- Still need Java strong
- Decent SQL experience be able to query info
- Knowledge API testing - what is an API and how can we test it?
- Ready API, Postman something similar
- Understand API what is valid and invalid, what should be sent to an API
- Definitely need Cucumber and Gherkin
