If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you!ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows, execute high-volume repetitive automation tasks with accuracy, and maintain structured technical and process documentation for a healthcare technology platform. You will contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal tooling while collaborating across product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
