Smart Family of Cooling Products is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee payroll, onboarding, and policy compliance. You will liaise with managers to address HR needs and maintain strong employee relations while ensuring proper HR documentation. The role entails bi-weekly payroll processing, recruiting support, onboarding material preparation, policy updates, and development of HR SOPs. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR are required, with SHRM-CP or PHR preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
