Key Requirements:

• Valid Special Education teaching license for Ohio, with preference for dual licensure (mild to intensive).
• Experience or interest in working with students in behavioral support (BFLIC) units.
• Commitment to individualized instruction and behavior intervention strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other special education teammates, related service providers, and families.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ready to begin as soon as possible and work through the end of May.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Deliver instruction and interventions that support academic and behavioral growth.
• Track student progress and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialists to ensure comprehensive support.
