Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teams to design effective supports.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining all required records and ongoing communication with parents and staff.
• Foster an atmosphere that encourages student participation, independence, and social-emotional growth.
• Adhere to district, state, and federal guidelines related to special education services.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (or eligibility to obtain certification for the state).
• Proven experience working as a Special Education Teacher in schools.
• Ability to effectively deliver instruction both onsite or through virtual platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
