What we’re looking for:

• Valid state licensure as a Special Education Teacher; dual certification for mild to intensive needs strongly preferred
• Previous experience working with students in special education settings, especially Behavioral Focus (BFLIC) units
• Strong ability to implement IEPs and adapt instruction to individual learning styles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to partner with students, staff, and families
• Creative problem-solver who demonstrates flexibility and a commitment to positive student outcomes

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing personalized intervention strategies and lesson plans
• Managing and document behavioral intervention plans with care and accuracy
• Collaborating with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
• Assessing student progress and adjusting instruction to foster academic and personal growth
