What you’ll do:

• Support classroom instruction under the direction of licensed teachers
• Offer individual or small group assistance to students to reinforce learning concepts
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all students
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and supervision during activities
• Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to daily classroom routines
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures
