Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Special Education Teacher or Intervention Specialist
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong ability to modify curriculum and instruction for diverse learners
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Knowledge of best practices in special education, behavior management, and progress monitoring

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with IEP goals
• Work closely with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to adapt classroom materials and activities
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and track progress
• Document and maintain accurate student records and progress reports
• Communicate regularly with families to address student progress, goals, and challenges
• Participate in IEP meetings, data teams, and ongoing professional development
• Support students in accessing general education curriculum and activities
