The role is located near Columbus, OH, and offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License is required
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably within grades 3-6
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted instruction and academic support in a resource setting for students in grades 3-6
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with a team of educators and specialists
• Adapt curriculum and classroom materials to meet the unique needs of each student
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in line with state regulations
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student progress and strategies for success
