Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from May 26-July 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Glenwood Springs, CO. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break except for the following shifts: June 1, 8, & 9 are 7:00am-5:00pm, June 11 & 18 are 9:00am-5:00pm, and July 9, 16, 23, & 30 are 8:00am-5:00pm. Candidates must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shift needs are May 26 & 27, June 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 18, 19, & 26, and July 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, & 31.
