Product Manager II - Enterprise AI & Automation

Location: Greenwood Village, CO.
Onsite Requirement: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote.
Duration: Long-term contract with strong potential for conversion.
Compensation: $60-70/hr.

We're seeking a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is passionate about applying Generative AI and automation technologies to improve employee experiences at scale. This role sits within a high-visibility enterprise AI organization responsible for deploying AI-powered workflow solutions across a Fortune 100 company. You'll work directly with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery efforts to identify workflow and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate AI and automation use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and impact.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and uncover root causes behind requests.
• Develop deployment strategies, adoption plans, and success metrics.
• Drive enablement and readiness activities to support successful implementation.
• Monitor adoption and business outcomes after deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders.
• Build low-code/no-code solutions and automations when appropriate.
• Help scale enterprise AI capabilities across a large organization.

What We're Looking For

• Product Management, Product Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology experience.
• Experience with Generative AI, ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, or workflow platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset.
• Experience leading business process improvement or technology deployment initiatives.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Nice to Have.
• Enterprise software deployment experience.
• Telecom, healthcare, financial services, or other large enterprise experience.
• No-code/low-code automation experience.
