Front Desk Agent

Job Description Job Description Manages the day-to-day responsibilities associated with accommodating guests' arrivals, departures and requirements at the main desk of the hotel Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room keys or cards. Responsible for maintaing high occupancy rate and attending to all inbound/outbound reservation sales. Keeps records of occupied and vacant rooms and guests' accounts. Processes audit reports and submit direct bill invoices. Contacts various staff members to assist guests as needed. Handles guest complaints or concerns. Keeping the front desk area clean every shift, including and not limited to spraying and cleaning all windows, all work spaces, guest waiting area and break room.
