Speech Language Pathologist, SLP

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Fort Pierce. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a team that supports you - we would love to hear from you.

Compensation and Benefits*

  • Mileage reimbursement plus tools to reduce windshield time
  • Paid training and mentorship
  • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80 - $90 per visit

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
  • Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

  • Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
