Receiving Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a large manufacturing company. Candidates should have prior shipping and receiving experience, strong data-entry skills, and excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process outbound shipments, including BOLs, packing lists, and carrier documentation. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs and enter data into the inventory system. Verify product counts, lot codes, quantities, weights, and temperature requirements. Coordinate shipments and deliveries with production, scheduling, carriers, vendors, and 3PL providers. Receive and inspect inbound materials for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase orders. Verify COAs, temperature records, and required food-safety documentation. Identify and report shipment, inventory, or documentation discrepancies. Maintain organized staging areas and ensure dock cleanliness and safety. Follow GMP, SOP, HACCP, SQF, and other applicable food-safety requirements. Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, audits, and other warehouse activities. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as required and properly certified. Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready records. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Operations Manager. Qualifications Previous shipping and receiving experience required. Strong data-entry and computer skills. Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines. Forklift experience preferred.
