Entry-Level Telemarketer
Looking to start a career in sales? The Jason Griswold State Farm Agency is hiring an Entry-Level Telemarketer to help drive new business and support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, energetic, and eager to build experience in a professional sales environment.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
- Set appointments for licensed agents to close sales
- Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up activities
- Build rapport quickly and represent the agency professionally
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
