ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Stephanie Owens Office is a fast-paced, high-performing State Farm agency dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to our community. We are currently seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual English/Spanish) to join our team in Rosedale, MD.

SCHEDULE

• Full-time
• MondayFriday: 8:45AM5:15 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Handle front-desk traffic by managing appointment scheduling and maintaining clear office communication.
• Assist with incoming inquiries and help ensure customer information and records are accurate and up to date.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers in English and Spanish to identify needs and connect them with the right insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service , including answering questions, setting expectations, and following up on customer needs.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and energy during peak timesbusy office, frequent walk-ins, and multiple calls.

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIREMENTS)

Must be fully bilingual:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  
  
• Previous experience in a receptionist , front desk , or customer service role preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident approach.

• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and participating in sales-support conversations as needed.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly).

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with urgency and professionalism.
