Secret SAP Process Optimization Lead

Job Description We are seeking an SAP Process Optimization Lead to drive discrete process efficiency workstreams, focusing on identifying root causes, designing digital solutions, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role partners across SAP functional areas to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable, data‑driven processes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end process diagnostics including root cause analysis, controls/exception analysis, and value quantification Define and track efficiency KPIs from baseline through target state and post-implementation benefit realization Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP and adjacent tools, including automation for exception handling and reconciliations Drive workflow orchestration across teams and systems to improve process efficiency and reduce manual touchpoints Standardize processes through templates, governance frameworks, and best-practice operating models Develop role-based dashboards and reporting to enable operational performance management and visibility Translate business challenges into solution options with clear tradeoffs across cost, effort, risk, and time-to-value Partner with SAP functional teams (MM, SD, FI/CO) and integration teams to reduce process inefficiencies and manual steps Lead change adoption efforts including new ways of working, controls alignment, training strategies, and operational handoff We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
