IT Support analyst
RIT Solutions, Inc.
Must have:
- Azure - Entra ID, MFA support, User account management, Account creation * hands on experience as an Admin for this tech*
- Office 365 admin - Exchange group support, Teams groups support, Licensing
- iPhone MDM management preferably Intune

- Intune - Autopolilot enrolling devices to intune and loading profiles etc
- Admin -
- iPhone MDM management preferably Intune
- Understanding Core Networking TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Knowledge of Operating systems and networking Platforms
- Understanding basic to intermediate Security best practices
Must haves:
need 8 years experience with Microsoft tech stack
experience has a team lead (this role will have 2 direct reports)
financial services background
experience with L1/L2/L3 troubleshooting
Entra ID, Sharepoint
Networking knowledge is a must
