Job Description

The Communications Coordinator will help plan, organize, and execute communication activities across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional environment.

You will work closely with different teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, timely, and aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and coordinating company communications and written materials.

• Coordinate communication projects from planning through completion.

• Review and proofread materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and professionalism.
• Help organize communication schedules, campaigns, meetings, and related projects.
• Maintain communication documents, templates, records, and project materials.
• Track project deadlines and ensure assigned communication tasks are completed on schedule.
• Support leadership and team members with communication-related initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and overall message effectiveness.
