About the Role: The Marketing & Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the visibility and engagement of our finance and insurance services through strategic marketing initiatives and meticulously planned events. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns that align with company goals, enhancing brand awareness and customer acquisition. The coordinator will manage all aspects of event planning, from concept development to on-site execution, ensuring seamless experiences that foster client relationships and industry partnerships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and communications, is essential to deliver cohesive messaging and maximize outreach. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to the growth and reputation of the organization by creating impactful marketing and event strategies that resonate with our target audience across the United States. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or event planning, preferably within the finance or insurance industry. Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and event management software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the finance and insurance sector with knowledge of industry-specific marketing regulations and compliance. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Certification in event planning or project management (e.g., CMP, PMP). Ability to analyze data and generate reports using tools like Google Analytics or marketing automation platforms. Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns tailored to the finance and insurance sector to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and client engagement activities from inception through completion. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing materials and event logistics meet quality standards and deadlines. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenditures to optimize resource allocation and ROI. Analyze campaign and event performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and event registration platforms to ensure accurate and timely communication. Support the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, presentations, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines. Skills: The Marketing & Events Coordinator utilizes strong organizational and project management skills daily to juggle multiple marketing campaigns and event logistics efficiently.
