Stretch Zone is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and creative Studio Experience & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This is much more than a traditional front-desk position. We are looking for someone who can create an amazing first impression for every person who walks through our doors while also helping grow our studio through lead follow-up, social media, digital marketing, and community engagement .

The ideal candidate is comfortable picking up the phone, talking with new leads, creating engaging social media content, and interacting with clients throughout the day. You should bring positive energy to the studio and enjoy connecting with people.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leads.

• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, text, and email.

• Help schedule introductory stretch sessions and appointments.

• Re-engage leads who have not yet booked or joined.

• Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity.

• Work with the studio team to achieve lead conversion and membership goals.

Social Media & Marketing

• Take an active role in managing the studio's social media presence.

• Create and post engaging content, including photos, videos, Reels, Stories, promotions, client highlights, and studio updates.

• Help develop creative ideas that showcase the Stretch Zone experience.

• Capture content inside the studio while maintaining a professional and positive brand image.

• Respond to social media engagement and help build our local online community.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community outreach.

• Monitor social media activity and help identify opportunities to increase engagement and generate leads.

Marketing Platforms & Technology

Candidates should be comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems quickly.

Experience with or familiarity with the following is strongly preferred:

• Emma – email marketing and client communication

• SOCi – social media and digital marketing management

• Canva – creating social media graphics, promotional materials, flyers, and other marketing content

You should be able to confidently navigate these platforms or have the ability to become proficient with them quickly.

Studio & Client Experience

• Greet every client with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

• Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently.

• Help manage appointments and the front desk.

• Build relationships with members and prospective clients.

• Keep the studio atmosphere upbeat, welcoming, and professional.

• Communicate current promotions, services, and membership opportunities.

• Help ensure every client receives an excellent Stretch Zone experience from the moment they enter the studio.
