What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments in a fast-paced ER environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage emergency situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.

What You Need

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and work in a healthcare setting with potential exposure to blood and body fluids
