The dish washing team is responsible for washing and cleaning all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment for the diner. The dish washing area must be kept cleaned and organized throughout each shift.We have:

- The ability to wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and bus tubs
- The capability to wash all equipment, mats, and walls in the dish work area and office
- Organizational skills to keep equipment and work area clean
- The ability to handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
- A commitment to ensuring that the outside of the diner is clean and free of debris
- The observational skills to monitor dish machine water temperature and adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- Willingness to bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster
- Experience as a Dish Washer in a fast-paced work environment
- Working knowledge of loading rinsed items into the dish machine, running the machine, and then unloading the machine
- Experience assisting in stocking deliveries
