Role 1: Product Manager / Product Owner – IAM (Senior / Manager) Target Profiles

8–15 yrs experience in Product Management / Platform Ownership for IAM

Strong IAM strategy + roadmap ownership, not just delivery

Background in Financial Services / Banking / Wealth / FinTech preferred

Must-Have Experience

End-to-end ownership of IAM platforms (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra ID, Auth0)

Passwordless, MFA, Adaptive / Risk-based authentication

Working with Security, Risk, Compliance, Architecture teams

Exposure to Zero Trust, PCI, SOC2, NIST

Reject If

Pure project manager / scrum-only profile

IAM limited to SSO onboarding or ops support

No strategic or roadmap ownership experience
