Director of Operations, Drive-Thru

Overview The Drive-Thru Director is responsible for the overall Drive-Thru performance and leadership. Responsibilities Ensure speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru operations. Coach the behaviors of all Shift Leaders, Pacesetters and Drive-Thru Team Members, including: Proper bagging to ensure high-quality food Reinforcing the Core Four Creating eye contact Sharing a smile Speaking with an enthusiastic tone Staying connected to make it personal Maintaining a clean and organized workplace Cash management best practices Implement innovations that improve Operational Excellence. Deliver weekly Drive-Thru performance reports to the leadership team. Coach, evaluate, and provide accountability for all Drive-Thru Team Members. Align daily Drive-Thru practices with the organization’s Vision and the annual Thematic Goal. Benefits Flexible Hours - Schedule that accommodates family, school, or activities.
