Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient condition and assess plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals.
• Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Participate in continuous care improvements to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a progressive care unit or similar setting.
• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact state licensure.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Previous travel experience in large hospital settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
