Location: Woodbury, MN (In Person)
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
Pay: $24.00–$32.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate Cincinnati press brake machines using materials such as stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and aluminum
- Perform complex bending and forming operations using standard and custom tooling
- Verify first-piece quality prior to production runs
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Inspect parts and document critical dimensions to meet quality standards
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and height gauges
- Maintain calibrated tools and equipment
- Meet production rates and delivery timelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of press brake set-up and operating experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong shop math and measuring skills
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Experience with Proforma software is a plus
