Data & Reporting Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop tested reporting deliverables for approved projects and change requests.
• Gather, organize, and document requirements while performing system data analysis and report solution development activities.
• Provide ongoing production reporting support ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability for internal and external customers.
• Produce regular internal and client reports using charts, dashboards, and standardized operational metrics consistently delivered.
• Automate data and reports to improve efficiency, profitability analysis, and scalable reporting processes organization-wide performance.
• Measure key performance indicators, analyze variance, and identify risks and opportunities proactively across operations teams.
• Collaborate with internal customers to enhance existing reporting, develop new solutions, and improve systems continually.

Skills:

• Advanced Excel expertise utilizing pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, lookups, and complex data manipulation techniques.
• Strong ability performing trend analysis, time based comparisons, and insightful visualization development for business reporting.
• Proficiency designing and maintaining operational dashboards, charts, and management level reporting outputs supporting decision making.
• Capability translating technical concepts into non technical language for effective stakeholder communication and collaboration success.
• Experience automating data and reports to drive efficiency and improved profitability analysis through scalable solutions.
• Competence conducting statistical analysis including variance, correlation, trend identification, and root cause evaluation methods effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills supporting customers, mentoring peers, and coordinating reporting improvement initiatives across departments successfully.

Education/Experience:

• Three to five years professional experience with increasing responsibility in reporting or analytical roles environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred qualifications.
• Ability to work onsite at Irving Texas warehouse location within a desk based environment setting.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel including pivot tables, vlookups, and advanced macros usage requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and reporting databases platforms tools required.
• Working knowledge of SSMS and Oracle SQL Developer for data analysis activities within enterprise environments.
• Professional demeanor, integrity, sound judgment, and ability managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines consistently effectively.
