Position Summary

The Data Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret data to help improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and strategic planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics
• Build dashboards and reports for management
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics summaries
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Document data processes and maintain reporting standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or database querying
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
• Experience in hospitality, operations, or business analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field
