Production Operator | Starting Pay at $23.84hr

Production Operator Position: Production Operator – operating clump litter lines and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Competitive hourly pay starts at $23.84 during probation and increases to $25.95 after successful completion. Overtime and quarterly bonuses are available. Responsibilities Operate clump litter lines Supply line and associated equipment with all raw materials Fill jugs, boxes, bags, pails, and palletize Ensure products meet applicable quality standards Inspect for quality during operation Perform all required sampling and testing Assure continuous and smooth operation of the lines for required quality and quantity Make all necessary adjustments to equipment, including changeovers as necessary Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 1+ years' experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment Other Requirements Forklift experience preferred Schedule will be on a 2nd or 3rd shift; overtime and weekend work will be required Benefits Competitive hourly pay with overtime and bonuses Full health benefits 401(k) match Paid time off and parental leave Equal Employment Opportunity The Nestlé Companies are equal employment opportunity employers.
