Project ManagerLocation: Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX (Onsite) FulltimeWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong BFSI domain expertise to lead and manage enterprise-level projects across banking, financial services, and insurance platforms. The candidate should have experience handling cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and delivery governance in Agile and Waterfall environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project delivery for BFSI applications and transformation initiatives.Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, QA teams, and vendors.Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery plans.Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.Ensure compliance with banking and financial industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive presentations.Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership teams.Support UAT coordination, production releases, and post-implementation activities.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.Required SkillsStrong experience in BFSI domain projects.Good understanding of: Core BankingPaymentsLendingCards & Digital BankingAML/KYCWealth Management or Insurance processesExperience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Strong project planning and tracking skills using tools like: JIRAConfluenceMS ProjectExcelExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience managing distributed/onshore-offshore teams.Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.Preferred SkillsPMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master certification preferred.Experience with digital transformation or cloud migration projects.Knowledge of SDLC, QA lifecycle, and release management.Exposure to regulatory and compliance projects in BFSI.
