Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist position in Farmington, IL at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Ability to manage typical skilled nursing documentation and care planning systems preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with mobility training, restorative programs, and ADL‑focused interventions preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Schedule: Five 8‑hour shifts per week. Onsite at the Farmington skilled nursing facility; candidate may be expected to float within the local service area if needed. Benefits Benefits package designed for travelers beginning on day one.
