Your growth path is mapped from day one: Acquisitions (60% payout) ? Team Lead (50% split + 6-level revenue share, Level 1 = 25% of pool credit monthly) ? Investor, buying your own properties. You can become an investor at any stage. Five income streams: commissions, wholesale fees, fix & flip, rentals, revenue share. Traditional MLS deals too, under the same split.
