What you will enjoy doing:

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and drilling machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to manufacture precision components.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other related equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime and scrap as well as perform preventive maintenance and routine machine care.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
• Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.

What makes you great:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• Experience reading and understanding blueprint/mechanical drawings is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment operating lathes, mills, and similar equipment preferably in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Further mathematic skills are required in this role.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment and inspection tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
