Post-Harvest Production Lead: Quality & Compliance

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is looking for a dedicated team leader to ensure the highest quality cannabis products for our patients and consumers. This role involves daily leadership of staff, compliance with GMP standards, and fostering an efficient, clean production environment. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or relevant certifications, at least two years of experience in a manufacturing or agricultural role, and strong teamwork and leadership skills.
