This position does not require a CNA certificate. No experience is necessary. We welcome applicants at all levels and various industry backgrounds, we are willing to train the right candidate!Under general supervision, the Resident Assistant provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in the assisted living level of care. The Resident Assistant actively incorporates the CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of life of the residents.
