- Assist with coordinating promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Participate in promotional events and community outreach activities.
- Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers.
- Organize promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily marketing objectives.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
