Associate Project Manager (Remote, USA)

Associate Project Manager coordinates custom collaboration projects from initiation through completion at a precision medicine diagnostics company. The role manages stakeholder communication, sample tracking, and operational coordination across internal teams and external clients in a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for custom collaboration projects from initiation to closeout
• Assist in scoping opportunities and analyzing workflow impact for new collaborations
• Coordinate sample receipt, processing, and reporting across departments
• Validate and maintain chain of custody for samples and associated data
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life or physical science
• 3+ years related work experience in clinical diagnostics
• 2+ years formal project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Knowledge of clinical testing operations, logistics, and regulatory requirements including GCP
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 annually
